About Sage Wheeler

Sage Wheeler MEd, SEP  has worked with individuals in private practice and coaching groups since 2004, offering practical tools and experiential activities for healing and support through life transitions.

Sage holds multiple certifications, including Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Restorative Yoga Teacher, Tiny Habits Coach, and is a trained Martha Beck Life Coach.

In addition to her coaching tools, Sage utilizes writing, yoga, and meditation to help individuals explore their relationship to security, purpose, and direction with consciousness and compassion. Life transitions can bring up fear and activate old trauma and Sage offers a body-centered approach to help guide and clarify the options.

Topics of self-worth, self-care, and forward vision are central to the process, and Sage works with sensitivity, humor, and warmth to connect each person to their innate sense of wisdom. When moving through changes in the realms of career, financial matters, relationships, or creative endeavors, her work complements the process in a way that leads to success and a lasting sense of clarity.

In addition to supporting individuals in personal settings, Sage is a donor-activist on a national scale, engaged in long-range projects that address our most pressing issues at a systems level.  Sustainable strategies that connect energy, climate, finance, and social justice are core topics of this work, with a focus on trans-partisan initiatives for reconciliation and reform. Her network of activism continues to expand in response to urgent needs.

From the deeply personal to the global community, Sage’s work is in service to healing, peace, and meaningful change.

“If you are looking for someone who offers guidance, Sage is not the right coach, but if you want to find the leader within yourself, she is fantastic! Sage is creative, intuitive, smart, compassionate and totally dedicated to helping you sort out the negative stuff you've been telling yourself from the clarion call of your best path forward. I will definitely seek her out in the future whenever I feel stuck or just in need of someone with boatloads of intuition to help me gain perspective on a challenging situation.”
